Troysperse 90W can be used to prepare aqueous mill bases with excellent color acceptance in architectural coatings, both aqueous (acrylic latex) and nonaqueous (oil alkyd). In tests with ten commercial products, five aqueous and five nonaqueous, perfect color was observed for every coating, in a test with six color pigment mill bases (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple).
