Light colored natural and synthetic rubber compounds are susceptible to staining and fungal growth. Micropel antimicrobials can be added directly to a Banbury or other high sheer mixing equipment. Typical applications include wire and cable, gasketing, roof membranes, hospital sheeting, and house wares.
