Friday, September 26, 2003 - Troy Corporation announced that it will feature new advanced technologies for the protection against fungal/ mildew and algae attack of industrial fabrics and also for the preservation of textile wet processing chemicals. These new technologies include Polyphase® 678 and Polyphase LTP, broad-spectrum fungicides and Polyphase 662, a broad-spectrum fungicide and algaecide. These Polyphase fungicides are non-metallic, non-phenols, water-dispersible and compatible with polymer coatings, water-repellent and flame-retardants, dyestuffs and are EPA registered.
Troy also introduced Troysan® 680, a new antimicrobial that features excellent activity at economical low use levels against a broad spectrum of bacteria, especially against typically problematic spoilage bacteria such as Pseudomonas and Bacillus sp.
